The idea to set Jamie Oliver in a world of 'fat' people was an extreme narrative extension of unhealthy eating. Jamie's full-body 'fat' prosthetics were incredibly itchy for him and a hot summer day was made worse by the Paparazzi turning up en masse and grid-locking our top-secret locations in Battersea.
